Personal Assistant Watford, Hertfordshire Job Position

Job Description:

Our client is a successful business
entrepreneur with a hectic schedule who is seeking a highly efficient and dynamic PA to organise all aspects of his private and business affairs. You will be his right-hand assistant and his ambassador in all respects of business and private matters.

Our preferred applicant will be a well groomed, dedicated, discerning and discreet perfectionist, who will have had extensive experience of a similar role at Chairman/CEO level or equivalent.

Job Description/Role:

• To provide a complete range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the client’s busy professional and private life
• To liaise with, and coordinate his daily requirements with other professionals in a diverse organisation, and with department heads of a small office, country estate and household.


Specific duties:

• Diary management
• Daily reporting/updating on progress of outstanding issues and tasks
• Making social arrangements
• Organising meetings and travel
• Dealing with all mail, telephone, e-mail and PDA communications
• Maintaining files and records



Qualifications/Skills Required

Required skills:

• You will have PA skills of the highest level
• You will be highly competent in IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Outlook, and Power point
• You will have exacting standards and show great attention to detail
• You will possess excellent organisational skills
• You will be able to work accurately & efficiently at all times and under pressure
• You will be able to interact & communicate well with people at any level
• You will take initiative, anticipate the client’s needs, think ahead and plan for contingencies
• You will be able to work to tight deadlines and follow exacting protocols
• You will be able to improve existing systems/procedures if required

Warehouse Manager Manchester £23,000 - £25,000 Upon Experience

Daily Work Activities Will Include

Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers
Overseeing stock control and processing orders
Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met
Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters
Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems
Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone
Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Briefing team leaders on the issues for that particular day
Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
