Our client has two beautiful, purpose-built homes soon to open in Essex as part of an development plan. They are part of a group of family run care homes and our clients motto is 'Care, with integrity'. This is especially true when it comes to their staff.

They are seeking two General Managers to join their team.

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Two motivated and energetic General Managers are required for each of two new care homes based in Chigwell and Brentwood. Day to day duties include being responsible for the care home, managing budgets, recruiting and assessing staff as well as ensuring compliance with all legislation. The successful candidates will have a management or a Registered Nurse qualification and have achieved their RMA/NVQ 4 qualification.
